Acquaint CRM -Training day in NOVA, UCD a success
We held our first free basic training day in the NOVA UCD office where we have recently located. 35 customers of Acquaint turned up to receive training organise to help customers to use more of the functions and featured available in a CRM system. It is often said that 80% of software is not used but even if you are using the 20% you are getting a serious advantage over your competition but more important you are using a tool that will enable you to deliver a better and faster and more professional service.
The success of the training day will mean we are going to continue to provide this basic training day as there are always new members of staff that would benefit from such a session.
We will also now be looking at doing advance classes with particular attention on financial and regulatory good practice. If you are interested in receiving this advance training please contact the office and find out the next training day in January.
