How much does it cost?

• Rate €45+VAT per hour
• Minimum Contract: 1 month
• Minimum commitment: 2 hours per week

Direct debit for billing on a weekly basis is highly important to be set up with us!

How does it work?

We receive a weekly bank statement from you and process the rent payments the same day. Then we prepare the list of all pending payments to the landlords and the contractors. We send this to you for a review and process in Acquaint as soon as we receive a reply or the next day.

We also prepare the bank reconciliations for the weeks when we are looking after your books.
