Acquaint 8.0.2.40

The new Acquaint update will help make your daily tasks/workload even easier to handle!

Here is a summary of the major improvements.

• Colour code the diary by user and you can amend the font size in a right-click menu.
• A warning message will pop up, when you forget to enter a subject line.
• Hompage and Correspondence display speed has been improved.
• The Find screen now searches on names with a space for example ‘De Laurentis’.
• It is now possible to select multiple pictures at once on the Add Picture screen. Additionally, pictures can be rotated within the edit function.
• A Reminder will pop up now on the Home Page for ‘Property Feedback to be Sent’
• When setting the status of a property to ‘Not Available’ the contact’s type and status is updated if settings have been specified in system configuration.
• The Bank reconciliation screen has been improved for speed and now includes an option to ‘Show Past Transactions’
• It is now possible to email/text/write occupiers or owners directly from the Block Management screen.
• Account balance reports from the Management Reports screen now include a filter drop down box to select a bank account. This enables grand totals to be displayed on the transaction by property by contact and account balances reports. An ‘Ignore Balances’ tick box has been added so contacts that have a positive balance will be included in the reports.
• The Deposit Report now shows Deposit Scheme ID.
• The Contact Import now has the option to save field mappings.

Acquaint CRM is updated on a regular basis, therefore you never need to worry being out of date.

Acquaint presents you with the main updates of version 8.0.2.25

• When adding Property Feedback in the Appointment screen you can duplicate the text.
• Property Feedback Requests were only being sent for an Applicants first viewing of a specific Property. These requests are now sent for all Viewings in the new version.
• A number of changes have been made to the Property Feedback Report. These changes include:
  • Details of any Publications i.e. advertising in newspapers, magazines etc.
  • The layout has been improved
  • Reports can be run directly from a specific Property via the Report option on Advanced menu tab
• When processing Outlook emails, issues related to emails being missed due to the cut-off date have now been resolved. Note this has been an on-going issue caused by different versions of Outlook. 
• The BER Expiry Date is now available as a mail merge field for Letters and Property Particulars.
• A Reset Filters button has now been added to the Applicant List screen. This resets the min/max values for Price Range and Bedrooms ranges.
• Before if the Work Order screen Status filter was set to All, the Report would come back blank. This now correctly includes all Work Orders.
• Appointment Confirmation emails are now working correctly when set as HTML or have attachments.
