Confirmation of offers – PSRA
PROPERTY SERVICES (REGULATION) ACT 2011 (MINIMUM STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2020
The new regulations which are effective from 30 November 2020 state that:
A licensee shall in respect of all offers to purchase land (other than by auction or to rent land) provide written confirmation to each offer or on receipt of the offer.
